Marv Herzog's twenty-second recording in 1984 reflects the mood set by Marv and the band at the beginning of any dance. "It's Party Time" are Marv's first words as he kicks into his theme song and the excitement builds with every song the band plays. Songs such as "Maple Sugar" and "Yakety Button Box", performed by Don Cialkoszewski, are as exciting to listen and dance to, as fireworks are to watch. The album cover depicts fireworks. Drummer Dave Burner makes his singing debut with "I Feel Good All Over", Rhonda sings "On Top Of The World" and Marv adds in "I'm My Own Grandpa". When it's party time, everyone has fun.
